University of Tasmania Architecture Building

The major redevelopment included additional floor space and refurbishment of each of 3 levels to provide modern university facilities. The nature of the existing building which retained much of its industrial form presented some compliance challenges, including variations to fire rating of floor structures, retrofitting fire protection systems, and provision of a bespoke firefighting water supply system.
