The project involved the construction of multiple industrial type buildings across each site. Through discussions with Boral, we recognised early each building is unique and applying prescriptive building requirements for these buildings may not achieve the operational needs of the business. Using our experience, we were pivotal in providing sensible regulatory advice through performance-based building to achieve a safe building that operates in accordance with our client’s needs.
