Crowne Plaza Hotel

This nine storey hotel development above the existing Icon Complex in Hobart’s CBD, our role involved building surveying functions for the construction of a new 235 room hotel, front-of-house public areas, and back-of-house facilities. The project also included the restoration and refurbishment of an existing three storey heritage building, which serves as the guest entry for the upper floors.
