Planning for the Vibe Hotel commenced in 2013, culminating in a sophisticated venue offering 114 rooms and 7 serviced apartments. This versatile mixed-use facility also boasts a restaurant, conference spaces, and flexible lower floors designed to accommodate additional serviced apartments or a private hospital. As the statutory Building Surveyor, pitt&sherry Building Surveying was instrumental in realising the developer’s vision for this dynamic project.
