University of Tasmania Student Accommodation, Burnie

The development of university student accommodation for the University of Tasmania. The project delivered 40 self-contained rooms over four blocks. Each SOU contains a kitchenette, bedroom, study, and private bathroom in a studio arrangement. Communal social space, laundry facilities and a computer lab for residents were included in the project.
