Construction of a new community and retail precinct which includes a restaurant, bar and function rooms. The building is constructed on an existing wharf, with materials salvaged from old wharf buildings used to construct the new building. The building's form is designed to reflect the Dial Range which is the building's natural backdrop, with peaked roofs and awnings depicting the unique sun-dial-like peaks of Mount Gnoman.
