Small Wonder Winery

The project was undertaken in two stages. The first stage included a large state-of-the-art industrial winemaking building and a machinery shed. To complete the development, a cellar door and restaurant experience for locals and tourists to enjoy. Located in a bushfire hazard area, the industrial building complies with additional bushfire requirements under Tasmanian legislation.
