The building incorporates car parking, and retail uses at ground level, with four storeys of office tenancies above. A focus on energy-efficient design led the building to achieve a five-star Green Star rating, one of the first in Tasmania to do so. A fire engineering solution supported the design, including mechanical louvres and a smoke hazard management system. pitt&sherry Building Surveying has provided ongoing certification services as the building has evolved since its initial completion.
