This building is located on the former Menzies site, corner of Liverpool and Campbell streets, across from the Royal Hobart Hospital.

The building has state-of-the-art laboratories and equipment not previously seen in Tasmania, two lecture theatres, basement car park and six storeys of high-quality medical training and study areas.
